Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
b. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the pickup time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Airport transfer cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup may be charged full fare, depending on the driver’s travel time.
A booking is considered a no-show if:
The driver arrives at the pickup location
The driver waits 10 minutes (or longer if arranged)
The customer does not show up or cannot be contacted

Refunds will not be provided if:
The customer provides incorrect pickup details
The customer is not ready on time
The customer behaves abusively or violates our Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in cases of:
Driver illness
Vehicle issues
Severe weather warnings
Safety concerns
Unforeseen operational problems
If we cancel a booking, customers are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled trip at no additional cost.
